Before I give you the spec of the flat, one of the selling point is the people you will have downstairs. You have a queen size bed with top quality mattress that folds back into the wall to reveal a double sofa. You can wake up in the morning and look at the London Eye all from the comfort of your bed. There is plenty of built in storage with shoe rack and trouser rail.

Located in Rush Hill Rd, a really safe area on a tree lined cul-de-sac full of family homes, just off Lavender Hill with great transport links. Busses go from the end of the road to Sloan Sq in 10 mins, Oxford St, Trafalgar Sq or Waterloo. Clapham Junction or Clapham Common 15 minute walk, or there are loads of busses that will take you there if you don't want to walk.

There are loads of great restaurants and pubs and clubs just round the corner.
