Huge Double Room in Battersea!

Hey, Caz, Lauren and Lexi here!

We are three friendly, fun and career-driven women in our late twenties/early thirties who will soon have a vacant room as of September 2nd! As a house we are very close and are looking for someone who will become a friend as well as a housemate.

LAUREN is from Liverpool and works as a nurse saving lives. She loves getting out and about, her vino, and weekends away.

CAZ is an Aussie and moved into the house in June 2020. She was a social worker in Aus and now works in HR here in London. She enjoys travel, exploring London, netball, and a mix of nights in/out.

LEXI, working in PR, you’ll find our resident kiwi scouting the best dining (and coffee!) spots, at Pilates, hitting the summer festivals, or checking out the London sights!

THE HOUSE is deceptively spacious, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a good size kitchen/living space, all spread over three floors with a large garden. We moved into the house unfurnished and therefore own all of the furniture in it. We are open to any additions you’d like to bring, or any personality flare you’d like to add. Bills are £90 per month (included in the rent), covering everything from gas to Netflix.

THE VACANT ROOM is a large sized double bedroom on the middle floor with a newly renovated shared bathroom with one other. The furniture in the room is owned by Shauna, but there are a few things she is looking to sell on (the bed, chest of drawers, side table, clothing rail, mattress and wardrobe), for a very reasonable price.

THE AREA is awesome; we are sure you will love it. We are a very short 5 minute bus journey from Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction rail station. Busses run from our road into Central London and the journey takes about 20 minutes. We are very close to both Battersea Park / Station and Clapham Common, which are great for running, picnics and Pimms! The river is within walking distance, which makes for a stunning running route.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR someone, a guy or a girl, who is in their late twenties, or early thirties, fun and interesting. By no means do you have to have the same interests as us; variety is the spice of life after all! We are all quite house proud so being clean and tidy is essential. As a house, we work hard in the week but, in true Rapunzel fashion, let down our hair at the weekends. Barbecues, theatre trips, movie nights, festivals and sporting events are regular occurrences, in addition to slobbing out and eating chocolate.
