• Sharing with two super lovely professional girls in their mid 20’s- they’re up for any and everything, truly friends rather than just flatmates 🫶🏽 in the past this has meant going on day trips (seven sisters!), going for drinks, evening walks and picnics, music and festivals and of course chill nights in cooking together too! 🤍

Hi everyone, I shall be moving out of my lovely room in this gorgeous apartment in the next month due to needing to be closer to home for medical reasons (however if it was my choice I would never leave such a gem!). 💎

In my opinion it has been the perfect location for a newcomer to the city. A 20 minute walk takes you over the river and to Sloane Square, as well as vibrant Clapham being only a 30 min walk in the other direction. One of the current flatmates (Sadhbh) lived in a different area previously and says that this is by far her favourite! Both of the girls (Sadhbh and Rosie) are so so lovely and will be missed very much 💓

• Working professional
• Steady income of around £30k per year
• Female (sorry lads!)

Costs Details:
•Rent for this room (the biggest in the flat) is £1,015 a month, paid on the 21st of each month
•A £500 deposit will need to be paid to the landlord (to be returned at end of tenancy) this will be held in a safe deposit scheme
•Wifi is included in the rent, however utility bills (approx £100 per month incl council tax) are paid separately- Rosie looks after these for us and sends us proof of the amounts due which we split between the 3 of us
•Parking available outside the flat, with a Wandsworth parking permit

I work remotely so happy to do viewings when suits you (either online or in person if you would rather) as are the other girls if I’m not around!
