Large double bedroom in Battersea

Hey,

Unfortunately one of our current flatmates is moving out, so we are looking to find an extra person for an initial 6 month contract (with potential to extend to 12 months).

This three bedroom flat is located on the 17th floor, and has a large balcony with stunning views of West London and Battersea Park, two bathrooms and a large living room/kitchen!

There is one large furnished bedroom available, which gets a lot of sunlight, and is spacious enough to fit a desk for WFH.

The flat is 20 min walk/10 minute bus away from Battersea Power Station and Clapham Junction so it’s perfect for commuting, and is 5 mins away from Battersea Park. There are also a tonne of nice pubs/restaurants/gyms all within 10 minutes walking distance

Ideally we are looking for someone in their 20s and a professional. Would love to find someone who is sociable and enjoy going out for drinks , but also enjoys their own time.

Bills are not included but work out to around £75 per person, and there is free parking available!
