Two rooms available in a lovely, large, terraced house in Battersea. 10 mins walk to both Clapham Junction station and Battersea Park (the actual park.. not the station!). 2 mins from a bus stop. Lots of lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants on the doorstep. House situated on a nice street with a mixtures of families and shared renters living nearby.

I, girl aged 27 (Char), have been living in the house for almost 3 years and would like to stay. Working half in office/half from home. I have been living here with some close friends, as well as a flatmate we found on Matesplace/Spareroom 18 months ago when an original tenant moved out.

All 3 of my current housemates will be moving out to pursue new adventures when the tenancy ends this September 2024.

1 boy tenant aged 27 (Ollie) will be moving in on the new tenancy. Ollie is a close friend of mine and we have lived together previously.

My interests include sports, fitness, music and cooking. Looking for another friendly housemate(s) that is both independent but also keen to socialise.

This is a genuinely lovely house, with a really great landlord, so looking for some housemates that will fit in with this and continue to make this a great place to live.

Seeking housemate(s) who are ideally not new to London, and happy to live in a mixed house.

This will be a 12 month tenancy with a 6 month break clause. It would therefore be best for someone who is not looking for something super long term.

Rent is based on room size:
£890 rent is (room photoed with 2 windows):
Double bedroom. Smallest room in the house (lowest rent), lots natural light. Storage space is limited (works best with a rail rather than a wardrobe) but there’s some storage space in the rest of the house that can be used. No space for a desk in this bedroom, but there is space for a desk in the communal space (this is the current set up for existing tenant). Bed included. All other furniture belongs to existing tenant, but there may be an opportunity to buy some off them if desired.

£910 rent is (room photoed with 1 window):
Double bedroom. Second smallest room in the house (second lowest rent). Inbuilt wardrobe provides decent storage space. There is potentially space for a small desk in this bedroom, but current tenant has got a desk in the kitchen instead. Bed included. All other furniture belongs to existing tenant, but there may be an opportunity to buy some off them if desired.

Bills not included in rent - we pay around £110 a month each at the moment, which includes all bils inc. wifi and council tax.
