Double Bedroom in 3 bed house in Battersea

Hey,

Are you our next roommate? We’re looking for a 26-32 year old male or female to take the biggest room in our lovely house in Battersea (SW11), available from the 1st of September to 1 March with potential for renewal. Could potentially be available earlier if aligned with current flatmate (2 weeks before in Aug).

The house has three floors with a nice outdoor area and balcony, it’s comprised of 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, you’ll be sharing with Adam (28) and Benedict (29). In our spare time we enjoy going to the gym, doing sports, going for a pub crawl on the weekend or a lazy Sunday. Both of us have received full deposits back from all the properties we’ve rented over the years so taking good care of the flat is a huge priority.

Clapham Junction overground station is a short 10 min walk away and there’s a bus stop 1 min away with quick access to battersea power station (northern line), westminster etcc. Some typical commutes; Canary Wharf 40 min, Liverpool street 52 min & London bridge 35 min.

Rent is £12000ppm + bills (around £160, higher in winter months)
