We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our cozy home in battersea.
The room is on the 1st floor and has one built in closet for clothes. Shared bathroom with one other person. Shared kitchen and living space with access to a big backyard. Will also share our space with our very special cat Wilbur.
For an extra £100, the room will come with the bed (basically new) and desk. No need to buy plates or furniture as we have all this already!
10 minutes from battersea park, 15 minutes from battersea power station underground and 20 mins from clapham junction station.
Bills (wifi, water, gas/electricity, council tax) range from 150-200/month (higher in winter months)
A bit more about my flatmate and I, we both work full time in sustainability and the charity sector. We love to cook and have weekday tv watching evenings (you’re also welcome to use the tv). We like to keep things generally pretty clean.
