Double Room To Rent - Battersea £1,050 Pcm + Bills

Moving out of my amazing house in Battersea and leaving 2 amazing girls, so we are looking for someone who will be able to take my place and keep our amazing house dynamic! Our preferences are that you are aged between 24-29, female, full time worker (in office or hybrid) and are looking for friends as well as flatmates.

The house:
3-bed house on a safe quiet street (easy parking), kitchen with plenty of storage, living & dining room, and a lovely back courtyard which is perfect for summer.

Room - £1,050 pcm, bills £170 pcm.
A big double room with plenty of storage space and lots of natural light. Room comes with wardrobe and two set of draws. Happy to discussing selling other items in the room. The primary bathroom is shared with one other house mate (super clean!).

Location:
Local Tesco and Sainsburys 200m away. Battersea power station, Clapham common and Clapham junction all within a 20 minute walking distance.
Plenty of public transport links!

About the girls:
1 british, 1 Aussie (both girls). Full time hybrid workers, in tech and sales. We enjoy spending time together in the evenings, watching movies and some evening walks. We are a very active household, very into gym and fitness.
The girls love a drink on the weekend with their mates and are looking for someone who has the same balance.
The girls are lovely and incredibly respectful. They keep the house really clean and tidy so they be hoping the next person will as well!
