Sunny Double Room Battersea Park Shortlet

Looking for someone to fill my room for the end of the tenancy from 1st of Sept to 17th Nov 2024 (around 3 months). Would be perfect for someone who needs a place for a short-period of time or is wanting to try living in the area. The house is being sold so there will not be a oppertunity to renew the tenancy agreement.

The room will be furnished with a wardrobe, mirror, bed, bookcase, bedside tables and lamps. The room is south facing at the back of the house meaning you get great morning sun and it's also pretty quiet as it's away from the road.

The house is super spacious with a living room, storage room, basement, large kitchen diner, garden, and three bathrooms. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house is big enough to all share together and also to have spoce to do your won thing when needed.

The current flatmates are all mid to late 20s, professionals with a mix of working at home and in the office. All pretty into exercise, socialising, music, and chilling out in the hosue.
