I am looking for someone to take over my room and the remainder part of my lease as I am moving back home to Australia.

*Housemates: You will be living with 3 super friendly guys all working professionals in their late 20s. (1 Irish, 1, Scottish and 1 English) They all work a mixture of a couple days from home the rest in the office. They are very easy going, clean and love sports, a few beers and a good chat! They are happy to be social but also do their own things too. Looking for someone to match that vibe. No couples.
*The Flat: It is a 4 bed, 2 bathrooms with large living area and large kitchen over 3 floors as well as a lovely outdoor area. The flat and room all come fully furnished.

*The room will be available from the 31st August and the lease is until July 2025 with option to renew.

*Very convenient and great location with lots of cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a few minutes walk
*10minutes walk to Clapham junction train station
*10 minute walk to Battersea Park
*1 min walk to the closet bus stop
*There is a local Sainsbury’s 2 minute walk away and Tesco 4 minutes away
*15 min walk to a large Lidl, ASDA and all the Clapham Junction pubs and restaurants

*Rent is £872 a Month excluding bills
*Deposit £930
*Bills are roughly £100-£120 a month (depending on the season) Which is for a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks, Wandsworth council tax, internet, water, electricity and TV licence
