Beautiful cosy double room in well-situated three-bed flat in Battersea.

We are Lizzie (29) and Ben (25) (brother and sister). Our lovely flatmate Anna (25) is moving out as she is finishing her PhD and leaving London.

Lizzie is a government lawyer, working in renewable energy. She enjoys reading, cooking, netflix, and being outdoors and active. Lizzie works from home two or three days a week (but has a desk in her room).

Ben is a part-time PhD student, part-time data analyst at the National Theatre. He enjoys going to the theatre and visiting art galleries, and is a keen runner.

We are ideally looking for another female flatmate around our age to take over Anna's room. We are both friendly, clean and tidy and up for socialising, but also enjoy our own space, and would be looking for someone on a similar wavelength. We're generally not a party flat, although we do have friends round for dinner, relaxed drinks, film nights etc.

The flat is large and across two floors, with a sizeable living room and separate kitchen. We are a 5/10 min walk from Battersea Park. There are bus stops a few minutes from the house which connect you to multiple routes. Battersea Park and Queenstown Road overground stations are about 15 mins walk, Clapham Junction is 20 mins walk and Battersea Power Station tube stop is 25 mins walk. We also have various local shops - Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda.

Bills are around £75/80 a month (including water, council tax, internet and gas/elec).
