Double room in beautiful Battersea flat

Hello! We are looking for a female flatmate in their late 20s/early 30s to move into our lovely flat in Battersea.

The room is £895 a month and bills are separate coming at roughly £80 a month (including water, council tax, internet and gas/elec). There is also a one off £50 sign on fee.

About us:
- (Lizzie) I am a 31 year old government lawyer. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and being outdoors and active (at the moment, mainly running and cycling). I work from home two or three days a week but have a desk in my room.
- (Robyn) I am 28 year old teacher and work part time whilst studying my MA in Art Education. In my free time, I enjoy going to yoga, galleries, reading, and making art! I am in and out the flat most workdays due to my timetable and occasionally work from the living room.

We are friendly, clean and tidy and communally share household items (e. g. cleaning supplies, utensils) and take it in turns to replace things. We both have busy lives and enjoy our own space but we also are up for socialising in the evening and occasionally share dinner and watch a film. Whilst we are not a party flat, we do have friends round for dinner, relaxed drinks, film nights etc.

The flat is large and across two floors, with a sizeable living room and separate kitchen. The room itself is spacious with a desk space and large built in wardrobe. It is a 5/10 min walk from Battersea Park. There are bus stops a few minutes from the house which connect you to multiple routes. Battersea Park and Queenstown Road overground stations are about 15 mins walk, Clapham Junction is 20 mins walk and Battersea Power Station tube stop is 25 mins walk. We also have various local shops - Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda.
