Double Room near Battersea Park

Our housemate is buying a flat and sadly moving out (after 8 years in the property!), so we’re on the lookout for a friendly person to fill our third double room from 2nd October.

You will be sharing with Patrick (Irish guy working in research) and Toby (British guy working in sports analytics). Both of us work full time and hybrid wfh/in-person, and we're looking for a professional with a similar lifestyle. Our ideal flatmate would be someone who is social and neat in communal areas. LGBT+ friendly essential. We hang out both in our own circles but also shared mealtimes/common areas, and ideally you would too.

The flat is in a great location, at the heart of Battersea, with multiple buses,* and a 20-25 min walk to Clapham Junction and various tube stations. There's a Co-op, Tesco metro and Sainsbury's local all about 5 minutes away and some cool bars and restaurants nearby. We're also less than ten minutes away from the beautiful Battersea Park.

The house has a large open kitchen and dining area, and a spacious communal lounge. We also have a lovely garden, with table and chairs, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a BBQ in the summer.

The room itself is a large double room, with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and locker (room to fit a desk, the wifi is good too with ~40mbps).

The price for the room is £750 pcm, excluding bills, which amount to approx £90 pcm (subject to inflation). Council tax band C.
