Looking for 3rd flatmate to fill double room ASAP!

Hi! My name is Iona and I am an incoming PhD student at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR). I have buddied up with another girl, Snow, who is also starting a PhD at the ICR.
We are keen to find a 3rd post graduate student (ideally PhD) ASAP to sign the contract with us for this property!
Would be open to professionals too, but ideally post grads due to council tax exemption.

We are both sociable, friendly, clean and would love to make friends with flatmates. Additionally, we are partial to a night out/drinks at the pub as well as a chill night in!
