Double ensuite room

A lovely double ensuite room available in this 3 bedroom house on Battersea Park Road.

Our flatmate is moving out due to work commitments at the other end of the city so the room is available from 30th September. We can potentially be flexible on the move in date if it needs to be few days earlier depending on circumstances but we cannot guarantee.

The room & the house:

En suite room available in 3 bed house, with built in wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished but the outgoing tenant could maybe sell it along with desk (the bed & mattress were only purchased few months ago). The room is available for a single occupant only.
The house has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/living room with lots of natural light and 2 further rooms on the top floor.
We also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to do up our communal areas but we sometimes ask to do our rooms for extra cost.

You would be living with 2 professionals; Ana (27) works in finance and Diyan (31) in hospitality sector. We are both social but at the same time we understand the need of our own space and; looking for someone around our age who is clean & tidy. We both like socialising, hosting dinners for our friends occasionally.

Rent does not include the bills which are aprox £100 - £120 each month

Battersea Park is just around the corner, 2 minutes walk.
The bus stop for 44 to Victoria ( & Tooting Station) & 344 to Liverpool Street (& Clapham Junction) is 1 minute away.
Battersea Park Station is 0.6 miles (aprox 14 minutes)
Queenstown Station is 0.7 miles (aprox 14 minutes)
Battersea Power Station is 1.1 mile (aprox 20 minutes)

Due to holiday season, we are doing viewings before 9th August and then from 1st September but again we can adapt and accommodate if needed.
