4 bed house situated just off Lavender Hill in Clapham/Battersea.

Short walk to Clapham Common Station (12 mins) / Battersea Power Station (16 mins) / Clapham Junction Station (14 mins). Very close to bus stops too, overall well connected to access different areas of the city.

House is big and spacious with a courtyard too. It is also well looked after with a cleaner coming every two weeks. The available room is upstairs and South facing. The house is Fully furnished and the available room has a double bed.

Currently a mixed house 2 males 1 female (aged 24-30) and would be looking for a flatmate to join and open to accommodate males and females.

We’re chilled out house friendly house, we also do socialise and watch sports together but are also respectful of each others private lives. Most of the house are office based during the week.

Bills are £1180 inclusive of all bills which include the cleaner every two weeks.
