Short term let going around September time in Battersea near Clapham Junction Station.

Rent is £800 excl bills, contract is for 3 months till December.

You’ll be living with Nia, Jack and Oscar, all mid 20’s to mid 30’s.

Room is on the smaller side but lovely, has a double bed, built in wardrobe and outside the room there is a chest of drawers.

The house is super homey, has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room area with a garden, absolute steal for the rent! Will be sharing a bathroom with 3 others.

Super quiet and residential area right next to battersea park (5 min walk) and Clapham junction station (less than a 15 min walk) with plenty of lovely pubs and cafes. Lots of big supermarkets nearby.

Move date is TBC but will be around early September.
