This is Anh, and I'm currently looking for one new tenant to join me in renewing the contract for our lovely flat, as my flatmates are moving out this year.

Heating, electricity: 50 to £120/pp month depends mainly on the heating usage.
Council tax is approx £170 for the whole flat
We also have cleaner come once every two week as well and it’s £20-30/pp a month.
Please note that the deposit is 5-week rent .

**A Bit About Me**

I’m currently a PhD candidate at UCL. I work from home 2 to 3 times a week, usually in the co-working space, and spend the rest of my time at work or university. I enjoy a good conversation and also respect others' privacy.

If you like socializing, our building hosts numerous events such as champagne nights and board game nights, perfect for making friends if you’re new to London. For those who prefer some relaxation and quiet time, there's a private garden where you can unwind amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

I value keeping our flat tidy and clean, especially after a long working day, and hope to create a comfortable and welcoming environment in busy London.
