2 rooms available in Battersea

Two rooms available in 4 bed and 1.5 bathroom flat in Battersea. Living with two Irish gay guys in their mid-twenties.
The flat is located just a few minutes walk from Battersea park, 15 mins walk from Clapham Junction, 8 min cycle to Battersea Power Station tube. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops etc nearby.
1 smaller room and 1 medium sized room. Both include a wardrobe and space for a small desk. Bills are around £65 per month.

We usually work 2 days a week in the office, the rest from home. We keep ourselves busy during the week but are pretty social and like to catch up in the living room in the evenings. We’ve been living here since October 2022 and are looking for two likeminded flatmates as we renew the lease. Would ideally prefer LGBTQ+ or women around the same age, but can be flexible for the right fit!
