Due to current housemate moving in with his girlfriend on the 1st November, I am looking to replace him. The below is a bit about me and the flat*
I'm Dan, a 30 account executive for a technology company who is looking to fill the second bedroom in the flat i am currently renting. My current housemate is leaving due to his relationship but i'm keen to stay (been here for 2 years) due to the flat being generally very spacious and having 2 bathrooms and big bedrooms!
The flat is a 7 minute walk to Clapham Junction and a 10 minute walk to Battersea park. It has all the local shops/pubs you could need and has a shared roof terrace on the same level the flat is on.
The building itself is very quiet and the estate agents/landlord very responsive. I've had no problems since moving in.
A bit about me; I currently work as an account executive at a technology company so I'm usually in the office from Monday - Thursday. I like to run around battersea park (currently training for a marathon) and usually like to keep myself busy 1-2 times a week either playing 5 a side football/running, and then the rest of the time chilling at the flat. I enjoy watching football and tennis (crystal palace fan) and going to the pub in my spare time
i guess i'm looking for someone who is a professional, generally chill and we can have a bit of a laugh.
Bills are about 120 per month (£60 is council tax, £20 is broadband) the flat is very warm so I've never even turned on the radiators since I've moved in 2 years ago.
