Hey! We are two friends, both 28 year old girls, looking for another young professional (male or female, aged 26+) to join us in our lovely Battersea flat! Move in date from 9 October.

The details:
- Rent: £883 PCM (not including bills)
- Bills come to around £80 PM (this changes depending on time of year/usage. We’re also in Wandsworth the lowest council tax band in the country!)
- Deposit: £806.66
- Available to move in from 9 October

The Room:
- Comes furnished with a double bed & mattress, bedside table, drawers, long mirror, and built in wardrobe
- It’s a cozy but good size room (There is extra storage throughout the flat if needed)
- the room doesn’t really fit a full desk, so ideally you would work in an office or hybrid with max 2 wfh days p/w
- Quietest room in the flat as it’s set back from the main road

The Flat:
- Ground floor with three bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan living room/kitchen, and a garden!!
- I have a good relationship with the landlord and he is quick to fix things

Location:
- Good transport links: 15 walk min to Battersea Power Station or 20 min walk to Clapham Common (Northern Line), 5 min walk to Queenstown Road (South Western), 15 min walk to Wandsworth Road (Overground)
- Buses 137 & 452 and 156 stop right outside, or it’s a short walk up the road for other buses
- Close to food shops including a big Tesco extra and locals (also only a 15-20 min walk or short bus journey to the big Asda & Lidl by Clapham Junction), pubs, cafes, restaurants, parks, and gyms
- 10 min walk to Battersea Park and 15 min to Clapham Common

Who you’ll be living with:
Two 28 year old girls from Leeds.
Joanna is a special needs lecturer, and Keshyn is a venue marketing manager (WFH 1-2 days per week). We are both pretty relaxed, like to socialise and have a laugh. We enjoy hanging out together, whether it be a chilled night in, going out for drinks / food, or to an event, but equally we also do our own things. We would love to find a flatmate who is similar!
