Two sunny rooms available in amazing location

** update: we’ve leased one of the rooms already**

Sadly our house mate is moving out of London and we now have one double room available in our lovely flat in Clapham Junction.

House mates:
You’ll be staying with Georgia and Lachie, a couple from Australia, who have lived in the property for over a year.

Lachie is 30 and works full time in tech, sometimes from home
Georgia is 29 and works in a hospital as a Social Worker. We both love TV shows/movies, travelling, theatre, exploring London and exercising.

We both love spending time with our house mates watching movies during the week or having dinner together, although we also respect each other’s privacy/space and downtime.

And a third housemates, Emily, who is yet to move in.

The flat:

The flat is a three storey terrace flat with a shared living space and shared kitchen.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with only one other person as we have our own en-suite upstairs.
The flat is located in an amazing spot, only a 5 minute walk from Northcote Road and Clapham Junction station.

Bills are approximately £100-150 per month.

Council tax is Wandsworth.

About you:
We’d prefer someone that doesn’t work from home full time
We’d also prefer non smokers.
Unfortunately we don’t have rooms for couples
