Hi all!

Our all female (professional) household is looking for a 4th girl to join our flat :)

A bit about us; we’re all working professionals and have our own things going on in terms of work, friendships, hobbies etc but do love a chat in our shared kitchen/living room!

The house vibe is calm and relaxed; as work schedules are during the day for some (part time from home) and during the night for others, we are mindful of noise levels and do our partying and most of our socialising outside of the house rather then in ;) We're looking for a chilled, friendly & independent girl to join our home.

About the room/house: the flat is on the ground of a 2 story apartment building, the available room has a single bed (landlord is super flexible and can change it to a double bed if you’d like), a drawer, wardrobe, book shelf as well as desk and chair. We've got a roomy living room/kitchen, bathroom upstairs & extra toilet downstairs. Rent is £645 a month + about 100 in bills (council tax, Internet, tv license, water and gas/electric + cleaning every 2 weeks)

The local Deliveroo game is excellent, and there's a Gail's just around the corner on Battersea Square! The wonderful Battersea Park is very close by (5 minute walk) for all your dog-spotting and nature walk needs, and the Thames River Walk is also very near as Battersea Bridge is on a 5 minute walk as well, whuch provides a great running route alongside it.

We're located a 10-15 min walk from Chelsea and Clapham Junction, as well as a 10-15 min bus ride from Victoria, South Ken. There are also several Boris bike docks on our street!
