Double ensuite bedroom in stunning Battersea flat

Hi everyone!
My name’s Viviana and I’m looking for a lovely professional lady to replace my flatmate who’s moving abroad.
The flat is absolutely stunning with a massive kitchen/living room, small balcony on Battersea Square, lots of sunlight and plenty of storage space.
We rented the place unfurnished but now all furniture is there and my flatmate would resell bed and chest of drawers.
Bills are slightly below £200 pcm each.
Council tax band: F (Wandsworth).
A little bit about me: I’m Italian, 41 y. o. and work in the translation industry.
I love relaxing on the couch in front of the TV at night, but also chatting over a nice glass of wine and/or cooking nice meals. I’m into fitness and long walks along the river, the outdoors etc.
I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy, not a party animal, and who is considerate of other people’s spaces and needs.
Pretty flexible with viewings as I work from home most of the time.
