A lovely double bedroom near Clapham Junction and Battersea Park.
One of our housemates will be moving out of our 4 bed, leaving a lovely double room free.
The house
---------
A very spacious terraced house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All are good sized doubles, and the bathrooms are both modern with great showers and a bath in one.
There is a large lounge with wood floors, sofas, corner desk and large TV.
The open-plan kitchen/dining area is probably the best space in the house. All the fittings are modern and there is a table which can sit 6. It is really light thanks to the sky lights and bifold doors which open on to the garden. This is probably where we spend most of our time.
Outside there's a barbecue and a couple of deck chairs. It gets the sun pretty much all day so is a good place to chill during the summer.
The Room

A good sized, south-facing double bedroom at the back of the property on the second floor. The bathroom is shared with just one other boy (Luke).
The Area
--------
The house is really well located for Clapham Junction. You can walk it in 10 minutes or jump on one of the many buses going past instead! From Clapham Junction you can get trains to Victoria and Waterloo, as well as the overground.
The 44, 345, 344, 319 and 49 all go from the nearest bus stop so you are within 20 mins from Sloane Sq, South Kensington, Victoria, Vauxhall, Wandsworth Town and Clapham Common.
Battersea Park is 4 minute walk away and is great for jogging. There are also a load of good pubs and restaurants nearby.
The Housemates

We currently have 4 guys in the house. We all get on well, and happily sit round chatting / eating / watching TV, but we also all have our own friends and social groups. This makes it a really nice dynamic. We enjoy living active lifestyles too (running, gym)
All are professionals.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is easy-going, considerate, who will fit into the existing house dynamic and share common interests.

Rent is 890pcm, and bills are about 110pcm but can change dependent on time of year. This includes a cleaner, a Virgin package, unlimited broadband, utilities, council tax etc.
Standard things like referencing will need to be done.
