It has all the usual integrated appliances, but the best feature is having Air Con, which because of the type it is, is very cheap to run. We have it on throughout the summer all night and it adds around 5p/10p per day to the Smart Metre.
It is a pet friendly building, but you are required to pay a Pet Deposit to the Estate Agents. The neighbours are super friendly, and never have any issues with noise, apart from the family of foxes in the Spring!
Move in date is approximately the 22nd October.
We have just bought our first apartment and so having to end our lease on this flat early, which requires us to find someone for the landlord. We will do the viewings, and then those interested will be referred to Foxtons Estate Agency to complete the usual stuff.
