Cosy Room in Battersea

Sadly our current flatmate is moving back North, so there is a small double room to rent in our lovely flat from 11th October!

We are situated in Battersea, close to the river and about a 5 minute walk from Battersea Park. There are bus stops dotted around to get you to Clapham Junction, South Kensington, Chelsea and Victoria, and we’re close to a host of restaurants and bars too. There’s a Co-Op, small Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s within walking distance, and a huge Asda and Lidl in Clapham Junction about 15/20 minutes walk away (multiple busses also available).

The flat itself has three bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen and a bathroom. It’s fully furnished with lots of storage space, and a balcony.

A bit about us - Sienna and I are 23 and 25, and met eachother in the flat. We work a mixture of at home and in the office. We’re looking for another professional of a similar age to move in - we enjoy going for a boogie and some beverages, to the pub or hanging out in the flat, but also respect each other’s space!

The bedroom is £688 a month excluding bills which amount to around £70 - £100 each. There is also a holding deposit of £721. The contract is until 10 May 2025. The room is furnished with a double bed and tall IKEA malm drawers.
