I’m moving to a different area in London, so a double room is available from the 10th of October (with flexibility to be earlier). Rent is £833 pcm plus bills (~£100 pcm, including council tax). You will be living with 2 lovely girls aged 22/25 and both working professionals.
🏠The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe + you’ll have your own very decently sized storage cupboard. The flat is based on two floors (Floor 1: toilet, kitchen, living room) & (Floor 2: bathroom w/toilet, the 3 bedrooms).
📍The flat is just off of Battersea Square, a 10 min walk from Battersea Park, with shops nearby and a 15 min walk to clapham junction.
The tenancy ends in August 2025 & they are looking for someone who works or someone who has a guarantor. So students are welcome to move in too 🙂
