Hi all, I am sadly moving out of my lovely Battersea flat and looking for someone to replace me. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you will be living with one other person. The flat is furnished and spacious. It’s a 5 minute walk from Battersea Power Station and less than a minute walk to Battersea Park Station, with easy access to Battersea Park, Clapham and Chelsea. Rent is £1,400 per month with bills being around £150. Ideally looking for a young professional, tidy and outgoing! The other guy living in the flat is 37, American, and works in the City most days.
