Hello :) I am moving out of this beautiful two bed flat as I am going back to my home country and I am looking for someone to replace me.
The Flat
This is a two bed flat with two bathrooms - the other room is ensuite so you will have your own bathroom! It comes fully furnished and fully equipped in terms of electrical appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, two coffee machines, electric vacuum, toaster etc.). There is a huge living room and loads of space to store your stuff. Also, there is a gated garden outside of the flat which is shared with the rest of flats in the building and it is amazing for sunny days and BBQs. Lastly, the flat has its own dedicated parking space in case you need it.
The Room
The room fits a double bed (Ottoman - with storage underneath) as you see in the pictures and there is a 3-door wardrobe as well. It comes either furnished or not - I have purchased all the furniture in my room so you can either buy mine and get the room ready and fully furnished or you can bring in yours!
The Area
The flat is located in a quiet residential road and you have many options in terms of gyms/grocery shops etc. There is Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby, a big Lidl and of course, M&S and Waitrose near Battersea Power Station.

Current and Future Flatmate
You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with Nassos who is a 27-years old young professional. He is very respectful, tidy and extremely clean. He will be happy to socialise but also likes the space and comfort of alone time.
Future tenant must meet 33,000 annual salary requirement and have a permanent role contract (meaning with no end date). Moving in date should be before the 12th of October.
