Smart en-suite double room in large house

I own a large terraced Victorian House in a brilliant location off Lavender Hill and am looking for a mature individual to share with me and three others. We are a happy, respectful household with me (Irish) two men (Irish and British) and a woman (Brazilian). And a very quiet, friendly dog. There is a very large kitchen with more than enough room for all of us to hang out and/or cook, two living rooms and a patio garden. The transport links are amazing, with multiple bus routes at both ends of the street, and rapid access to the overground routes at Clapham Junction and the Northern Line at Clapham Common. There are many lovely shops and eateries nearly on Lavender Hill and Battersea Rise, and the green spaces of Clapham Common are a 5 minute walk.
