I’m sadly leaving my amazing double bedroom right near Battersea Power Station as I’m returning to Australia (😭)!
About your new room/ home:
You’ll have a large double bedroom with a king bed (+ full storage underneath), built- in mirror wardrobe, bed side tables, your own bathroom and balcony (with chairs/table)!
The balcony is facing the communal garden so it's very quiet and gets strong sun in the afternoon.
The building has amazing amenities with a Gym, a Cinema and Co Working space with meeting rooms which you can book on the building app (VERY convenient if you’re working from home). The building also often organises social events which is nice if you would like to meet new people (I’ve made some of my closest friends in London in the building)!
About the location:
There is a Sainsbury local 1 min away, a huge Waitrose 2 min away and M&S 5 mins.
Battersea Power Station is only 5min away (northern line) + Battersea Park is a 15min walk! Nine Elms and Vauxhall are also on your doorstop which can lead you to basically anywhere you need to go in London.
The rent for the flat was negotiated awhile ago so it’s at an insane price (won’t be able to find lower for a 2-bed in the complex now)!
