Sadly I am moving out of the flat and looking for a male replacement.
The flat is 4 bedroom, 1 Bathroom with 2 toilets. Down stairs is open plan kitchen/living/dining, 1 toilet and 1 bedroom (the bedroom available). Upstairs is remaining 3 bedrooms and bathroom with additional toilet.
Located less than 10 min walk from Clapham Junction Station, and numerous buses available less than 5 min walk from the flat.
Current flatmates are Carys (25 from New Zealand, Occupational Therapist), Luke (27 from England, works in Sports industry) and Caoimhe (28 from US, aspiring film director). All really nice and clean flat mates who enjoy socialising. Looking for a male to keep the ratio!
Room is available on 6th October, and ideally inspections will be this weekend 27th - 29th September, however could do during the week depending on availability.
