Large Room En-suite in Modern Battersea Flat

We've got a room available in our very spacious 3 bed 3 bathroom flat available from 8 October onwards.

About the flat:
It's a very newly built super modern building. The flat is enormous with a winter garden, and five separate balconies, occupying half of an entire floor.

Furniture is included. You would just need to get a desk + chair for your room if you want that. We plan on getting a weekly cleaner to come in. The development also has a communal roof terrace, 24hr concierge and a gym.

We are looking for someone who is a working professional, easy going and wants to not only be housemates but also be mates and enjoy London together. Of course still having our own spaces when needed being one of the benefits of a huge flat ;)

Bills are very low, at around ~£60 p. p. for council tax, electricity, water, and heating.

About us:
Myself (Wim) and Marc met both recently moved to London and met on Spareroom. We've secured the flat but are also only moving in on the 8th of October.

Wim:
I am a 28yo guy, just quit my job in management consulting and moved to London in the last month. In general I’m a pretty laid back guy, but with strong opinions on food and cooking haha. I like to have fun and socialise but I also like having my own space. I tend to be an outgoing person that enjoys hanging out with others finding new restaurants, travelling, etc. I'm also a huge film nerd so we plan on getting a nice TV setup!!

Marc:
30 year old from Australia and moved to the UK last year. I work in Technology sales and work completely remote. I'm also big into my health and fitness, love doing things outdoors, am often traveling around Europe and exploring new places in the UK too. I'm a big foodie and love trying new restaurants and cafes.

Shima (dog!):
Shima, Marc's dog (Japanese Akita) will also be a part of the household family. He can promise lots of cuddles and pats if you would like.
