Double Bedroom near Battersea Park

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a spacious double bedroom super close to Battersea Park and the Power Station.

The room itself has a lot of light and a built in cupboard for storage space.

It’s a 15 min walk to Clapham Junction too, or a very short 10 min bus ride from the bus stop right in front of the flat. Going the opposite way, it’s about a 15/20 min walk to Battersea Power Station or another short bus ride. It’s also literally a 4 min walk to the park.

Rent is £975 a month, bills are extra. They usually come to around no more than £140. We don’t have a cleaner, we pick up our own mess, but we do have a dishwasher and a washer dryer (I know some of you like that) all I ask is that you are considerate of your surroundings.

The flat is an old council owned flat, it doesn’t have much curb appeal from the outside but the inside is pretty decent with an open plan kitchen/living room. Perfect for hosting Come Dine With Me and so much room for activities (bonus points if you get onto that) the old flatmate also used it to work from home.

No en-suite unfortunately. We share things round here, but the toilet is separate from the shower, so feel free to have that long herbal essence moment after work.

We have a little balcony which is a god send in summer. Or the perfect place to dump your bike that you never ride (and my dead plants)

You’ll be living with me, Chloé. 35 and work in retail management so I’m out the house all week if you want to work from home. I’m usually around at the weekends if you wanna share a bottle of wine or introduce me to a new film (I’m rubbish) but you’ll have to bring the PlayStation, the old housemate is taking that with him :(
