Entry to the house into the lounge/diner with its full height glazed wall incorporates French doors that lead out onto the garden and enables a bright open living space. Features of this living space are: a natural birch ceiling, a 55 inch wall mounted TV, a 3 seater and 2 seater matching brown leather sofas and a six person timber dining table with matching chairs.
The living space leads onto the south facing courtyard walled garden with railway sleeper decking and BBQ.

The living space is overlooked by a window from a separate kitchen which is fully fitted with new cupboards.
