you will share the 3 bed house with two other aussie girls in their mid twenties
there is 1 bathroom, a kitchen and living room

rent is £950 per month (excluding bills)

the location is fabulous with great connection to overground and underground networks as well as 2 bus stops right outside.
the flat is situated between clapham common and battersea park, both within a 15 min walk.
there’s a lovely pub on the corner and a tesco and sainsbury’s local within a 5 min walk.

the lease is under contract until march 2025
initial deposit between the 3 bed flat was £3400 so your share would be £1133
