Looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement in a 3 bed at Bloom Nine Elms, with a view looking directly at the Battersea Power Station, comes complete with amazing facilities and is just 4 minute walk to the Battersea Power Station Underground.
We have access to two swimming pools, jacuzzi, co-working spaces, gym facilities, private dining, games room, cinema room and BBQs for hire. There is a great sense of community at Bloom and a number of events are hosted. NOTE there is no additional cost for using these facilities.
Each tenant has their own bathroom (remaining flatmates have en-suites and you’ll have the main bathroom which has a bath, overhead shower and shower hose)
It will come furnished however, I purchased the furniture in the room and therefore am looking for someone to purchase these off me for a discounted rate. This is a ottoman bed, side table and a chest of drawers.
Bills are about £150 each month.
