Female flatmate wanted (4 month let)

We're looking for a friendly female housemate (between the ages of 26 - 34) to replace our current housemate who is moving out as she’s bought her own property.

The partly furnished double bedroom is upstairs in our beautiful modern four-bedroom house situated between Clapham Common and Battersea Park.

The house is very newly renovated and has a large open plan kitchen/living room (with an island), two bathrooms (with great shower pressure) and a garden (for gin drinking in the summer). The house comes under Lambeth County Council for council tax purposes.

The bedroom is £795pcm for the remainder of our lease which is 1st November 2024 until 28th February 2025. Bills aren’t included in this but come to around £135 per person.

You'll be living with Rachael, Celine and Kerry. All young professionals in our late 20’s with a mix of working from home and going into the office. We're ideally looking for a sociable, clean and tidy professional who wants to hang out with us but who also has their own thing going on.
