I’ll be moving out & am looking for someone to take on the remaining period of the contract (May 2024). The property is available from 15th Nov but flexible to move in earlier, if needed.
There is also the option to start a new/longer lease following this (current flatmates are living there for 4 years already). The letting agency will require a background check before approval.

The flat is right next to Battersea Park (7 mins walk), Clapham Junction station (15 mins walk) and bus stops 3 minutes away, so great location with easy transport links.

The flat is shared with 2 other people with a communal kitchen and a spacious living room and balcony.
You will be sharing with 2 girls that are very kind and easy going person,

The room is cozy double room, comes furnished.

Bills not included (roughly 150 each per month).
