Hey everyone I have a room available to sublet in my apartment, it’s in the perfect location - super close to Clapham Junction station, the river Thames walk and Battersea area. There are also buses directly to central London right outside the apartment.
It’s a spacious double room, comes with a small double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. You’ll also have your own bathroom, with toilet, shower and a bath.
The house comes fully furnished with everything you would need.
The room is £1,250 per month. Bills will be split between us (usually £100-150 per person for everything). There’s a car park available for an additional £100 as well.
I’m looking for someone for at least 2-6 months, can be a bit flexible.
You’ll be living with me, a 31 year old Nurse. I’m generally working quite a bit, at the gym or out and about.
If interest or have any questions let me know, will be taking viewings ASAP. Can also send through some videos to see the place before you view it.
