2x rooms in spacious 3 bed next to battersea park

-2 rooms available in a 3 bed flat in Battersea, due to 2 of us leaving UK / purchasing a home.
- Elliot will be staying (29 y/o male, works in accounting)
- A lot of the house is furnished, eg sofas, tvs, dining table
-Both bedrooms are furnished with everything you see e. g beds, wardrobes. Desks in both rooms and chest of drawers in the larger room are owned by us but we can sell them to incoming tenant if wanted.
-The larger room has an en suite. The smaller room has its own shower room and toilet (separated but next to bedroom).
-Larger room is on top/second floor, smaller room is on first floor
-Rent is before bills, bills are standard c£120
-2min walk to battersea park, also a Tesco directly opposite
-Incoming tenants will be added to the revised lease, which expires end of July 2025 (i. e it’ll be a c.8 months contract)
-Looking at move in dates of around mid November. The smaller room can be available up to 1 week prior (but not after), and there can be flexibility by around 2 weeks either side for the larger room
-This is not a party flat per se but definitely looking for 2 people who are sociable and can easily get along with. 2 friends welcome. Elliot is a social guy and loves playing / watching sport.
