- Elliot will be staying (29 y/o male, works in accounting). Other room has recently been filled
- A lot of the house is furnished, eg sofas, tvs, dining table
-Bedroom is furnished with everything you see e. g beds, wardrobes. Desks and chest of drawers are owned but we can sell them to incoming tenant if wanted.
-The room has its own shower room and toilet (separated but next to bedroom).
-Rent is before bills, bills are standard c£120
-2min walk to battersea park, also a Tesco directly opposite
-Incoming tenant will be added to the revised lease, which expires end of July 2025 (i. e it’ll be a c.8 months contract)
-Room available from 8th Nov, but must be filled by 16th Nov
-This is not a party flat per se but definitely looking for someone who is sociable and can easily get along with. Elliot is a social guy and loves playing / watching sport.
