Partial bills included (broadband, council tax, water and service charge). Electricity and gas not included, they’re on a prepay meter. Kitchen is fitted with all amenities, including dishwasher. Flat is in walking distance to battersea park, Battersea power station and Clapham junction. Also well connected with buses and trains.
