Short-term sublet for 2 months in a beautiful home in Battersea. DOUBLE bedroom.
Current housemate is going travelling for a few months and is looking to sublet her room over the Christmas period.
AVAILABLE from December 1st - Feb 1st.
£1250 per month inclusive of bills (including internet).
Both months rent payable before moving in + deposit of £1000. A contract will be written prior and signed by both previous and new tenant.
Bright and spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobe space. Shared bathroom and living/kitchen space.
You will be living with 2 other girls (both 31yrs) who are working professionals (Teacher & a Nanny). Neither of them WFH. They are both incredibly warm and welcoming who enjoying spending time together and are looking forward to sharing their home with someone new for a few months.
PETS: We have a cat, so unfortunately no other pets welcome.
