I have a double room in our beautiful flat empty for the year whilst my sister is out of the country so am planning to let for a flat rate with everything included :)
The flat is in one of the mansion blocks right next to Battersea Park (about a 30 second walk) - we have a large living room and kitchen and the bedroom has an en-suite with a shower.
The bedroom will have a bed and wardrobe and a clothes rail left in the room
I am a 30 year old professional who works from home twice a week and will be staying in the property :) we will be holding viewing asap as want someone secured before my current flatmate moves out.
