Cosy double near Clapham Junction

My flatmates are moving out of their double room in our two bed house and I am looking for someone to take it. I’ve lived in this house for nearly three years and have been really happy here and hope you will be too! The room is a smallish double that comes unfurnished, but there is a built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and is shared. There is also a double living room, big kitchen, downstairs WC and a small garden with outside furniture. The council tax band is F. The rent for the room is £1000 pcm and bills are normally around £200 on top. I work as a teacher and am often out and about on weekends so the house is often quiet for WFH.
