My amazing flatmate is moving out. Have a short-term/long-term, no-contract, double room for single occupancy, available from the 1st of December (flex, as I'm in no rush). It's next to Battersea Bridge (straight on Route 19 Bus, so no need to change) and the river.
Bills included is monthly £1030/1050

It’s a quiet, clean, and homey apartment shared with me only, a professional male. No smokers or heavy drinkers are welcome. It's a short-term rent for now, but I may consider the longer term if circumstances change.
It's steps from the river, mins from Battersea Bridge and Battersea Park. Clapham Junction 15 mins walk. Stunning views and south facing with plenty of light.
Quiet at night but simultaneously close to local shops (Coop by the bridge), cafes, restaurants and pubs like Prince Albert and Chelsea by the bridge.
