I’m moving out to start a new chapter in my own place, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here.
The flat is home to a wonderful mix of people from across the world. One flatmate and I met at LSE, and she now works in consulting. We also have a recent Imperial College graduate and another professional working in central London. It’s a friendly, diverse household.
We love gathering in the living room or kitchen, sharing occasional meals, and respecting each other’s personal space. A cleaning schedule helps keep our home comfortable and inviting for everyone.
The location is super convenient, with major grocery stores like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose a 5-10 minute walk away. Commuting is easy too—Nine Elms (Northern line) and Vauxhall (Victoria line) stations are under a 10-minute walk, and Battersea Power Station is just 20 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood itself is modern, safe, and vibrant.
Rent includes most bills, with only gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi typically adding less than £70 per month. Rent is paid monthly, and a 5-week deposit is managed by the landlord.
Our flat is open-minded and welcoming. We respect everyone’s dietary choices (we even have a vegetarian here), orientations, and interests. There’s always someone to chat events with, share stories, or hang out together.
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Can keep to the cleaning schedule and clean the kitchen after use. Leaving stuff messy is not allowed here.
2. Is kind and respectful to everyone, including guests.
