Room available in a 3 bed Battersea House

Our housemate is making the big move to Australia for work so looking for a new housemate!! You’ll be joining Iona and Alice (both 24) who have lived here since the start of 2024 and are friends from uni.

The room:
The room is a double with large windows (lots of sun!!), built in wardrobe and comes with the bed and bedside table. An extra ✨ bonus ✨ is a shared study downstairs (sharing with me), the desk and bookshelf come with the study.

We pay £1100 each a month, this includes rent (984) + bills and a contribution to a house card for house essentials

- 5 min walk to the river, Battersea park🫶🏼, lots of cafes, pubs and charity shops.
- Bus: lots of bus stops around for the 345/344/319/49/170 routes
- Train/tube: 20/25 min walk (or short bus ride) to Clapham Junction, Battersea Power Station, Sloane Square and South Kensington
- 5 min walk to a tesco express + co op, 20 min walk to Asda/Lidl (we often do big house food deliveries)

We’re looking for a girl in their mid 20s who matches our vibe and interests (a friend not just a housemate!!). We’ve worked hard to make the house a home and want someone who respects this with keeping it clean and tidy. Ideally someone who is a hybrid working professional (sorry no students or couples).
