We have a spacious, well lit double room available in our 3-bed, 1.5-bathroom flat in Battersea! The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Rent is £1,040 per month, and bills usually come to around £100-£130 per month per person. The deposit is £900. This is a tenant transfer available from 11 November until the end of the lease in March 2025, with the possibility to extend. 📅 (please note photos are slightly older from before we moved in, but happy to provide more current photos on request).

The flat is in a lovely area of Battersea, close to the park, a little Sainsbury’s and big Tesco as well as super close to public transport 🚉—just a short walk to Battersea Power Station tube, as well as Queenstown Road, and Battersea Park train stations. 🌳

You’ll be joining two friendly, easygoing housemates Clara and Flora, who are ideally looking for another female tenant aged 25-35.
