We’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy for one room in this lovely two-bedroom flat starting from 6th December 2024. The tenancy agreement runs until 1st November 2025, with the option to extend beyond this date. Bills are not included in the rent, and the incoming tenant will need to take over half the deposit, as the other half has already been paid by the other flatmate.

The available room is part of a beautifully presented apartment in a modern development. The flat features an open-plan kitchen and living room, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The person taking this room will have exclusive use of the main bathroom, which includes a bath, as the other tenant has an en-suite. The development is in excellent condition and benefits from a concierge service, secure key fob entry, and access to two private roof terraces. The apartment comes furnished (sofa, bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, tv stand, dining room table and chairs).

The property is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the river, directly across the road, offering stunning riverside views from the roof terrace and access to nearby parks and walking routes.

The other room will be occupied by Aasha, a 27-year-old plane engineer who works for British Airways. She is very friendly and easy to get on with!

Rent for the available room is £1,150 per month (half of the total rent for the flat). Bills work out at approximately £200 per month for the flat - around £100 per tenant. A breakdown of these costs can be shared if requested.

The property is located in the heart of Battersea’s riverside area, with Chelsea just across the river. It’s a short distance from Battersea Park, as well as some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment is less than a 15-minute walk to Clapham Junction station, offering excellent transport links across London, including to Waterloo, Vauxhall, and Victoria.

To help us complete our move on schedule, we need someone who can complete paperwork and provide references quickly. The move-in date is set for 6th December 2024, so please ensure you’re ready to meet this deadline before enquiring.
